Tasting Notes: Vibrant bursts of cherry meet the deeper luscious notes of mulberries and plum. Beneath the vibrant red fruit lies a tapestry of earthy tones, button mushrooms and timber. A pinch of pepper for spice while a bright, herbaceous finish lingers like the discovery of a hidden grove.

Origin: meaning three - blend of merlot, cabernet franc, and pinot noir. The perfect blend.
Food Pairings:
- Wild mushroom & thyme risotto - earthy enough for Cab Franc, creamy enough for merlot.
- Herb-crusted pork tenderloin with cranberry jus - perfect holiday feel, not too heavy.
- Roasted beet and goat cheese salad - brings out the Pinot Noir's bright red fruit.
