Drew blends the red dirt and southern rock of his roots with the heart and soul of the north into what he calls "Roots Rock" -- a high-octane mix of country, blues, and rock and roll. NEW RELEASE: 2025 GRIS MACÉRÉ
Our first orange wine arrives October 6

We made a white wine the way you'd make a red. The grapes rested on their skins, and the result is amber in the glass, textured, and quietly complex. [Add 1–2 tasting notes.] We're releasing it on National Orange Wine Day, and it's pouring by the glass in the tasting room starting October 6.

→ Be among the first to taste it

Sleeping Bear Marathon | Saturday, October 3

Live at Rove welcomes back one of Northern Michigan's most beloved voices. Miriam Picó is the kind of performer who can quiet a room and fill it at the same time. A Traverse City based singer-songwriter who moved to the area from Puerto Rico as a child, she's spent two decades earning a reputation as one of the region's finest, taking home both the Northern Express "Best Solo Artist" award and Traverse Magazine's "Red Hot Best Singer/Songwriter" honor along the way. Her sound moves easily between folk, jazz, and pop, often alongside her husband and longtime musical partner, guitarist Ryan Younce. Come settle in for an evening with one of the hill's favorite returning voices.

Once a year, Drew and Levi share the Rove stage together, and it's become one of our busiest nights of the season. Drew brings his high-octane "Roots Rock," a National Country Showdown champion sound built on red dirt, southern rock, and northern heart, all soaring vocals and setlists that swing between originals and reimagined covers. Levi, a Traverse City native who's toured with the Gin Blossoms and Peter Frampton, brings the golden hour version of indie-folk, the kind of songwriting that's spent two decades earning its ease. Together, it's a night that moves from high energy to easy warmth and back again. No tickets, no cover. Get here early.

Homegrown is a father–daughter duo (Tim and Anna) known for their heartfelt acoustic covers, blending influences from ’40s vocal jazz, Americana/newgrass, French bistro, ’60s/’70s soul, modern and alternative rock, and more. Their performances are rich in harmonies and instrumentation, creating a warm, dynamic sound that resonates across generations.

Tim is a retired schoolteacher who spends his summers landscaping unique patios and his winters snowboarding. Anna works as an engineer in town and spends her free time foraging in the summer and, much like her dad, snowboarding once the snow hits. The two have been playing music together for Anna’s entire life, giving their performances a natural chemistry that feels effortless.

Join Tim and Anna for an evening of eclectic sounds, timeless melodies, and a musical journey that bridges genres and brings people together.
