We're excited to welcome Chris Sterr to the Rove stage for his first performance with us. A Traverse City fixture since 2010, Chris built his chops over ten years on the road with his Detroit-based band, Bump, and has been a steady presence on the Northern Michigan music scene ever since. His playing pulls from deep blues roots and stretches into improvisational and pop-rock territory, drawing on everything from Motown to Jeff Beck.
