Q: How long am I committing to when I join?

A: Members agree to one year of shipments based on their club level. Ex: 2 regular shipments for Irish Rover and Winegeese clubs. 6 Shipments for Ramblers.

Q: What if my wine sits unclaimed?

A: Wine orders held at the winery will be considered abandoned after six months of storage, at which point members forfeit access to those bottles.

Q: How do I update my address, credit card, or wine selections?

A: You can email wineclub@rovewinery.com or make changes through your online wine club account.

Q: What happens if I cancel early?

A: Members who cancel before completing all shipments in their one-year commitment will be charged a $50 early cancellation fee. After receiving the base number of shipments in the membership agreement, there is no penalty for cancellation.
