Rove Winery Ragaire Rosé

Interesting Fact: Rosé blends are not just “red wine lite”, they’re often a winemaker’s most creative expression. Unlike single-varietal wines, blended rosés allow the winemaker to craft a precise balance of fruit, acidity, body, and aromatics, pulling different qualities from each grape.

At Rove:  (Rah-gerra): Gaelic word for a late-night rambler, a strolling night reveller. Instead of Rosé all day this is our Rosé all night. 

While each vintage brings its own personality shaped by the rhythm of weather and time, we believe that if you were to taste our wines blind, you’d still recognize something unmistakable: the heart of our land, the care in our farming, and the patience poured into every bottle. These are the threads that run through each season, and each sip.
