Interesting Fact: Though labeled as "Pinot Blanc," many Alsatian wines under that name are actually dominated by Auxerrois, a fuller-bodied grape with similar character, due to loose regional labeling laws. This often surprises wine lovers expecting a lean, crisp Pinot Blanc and instead encountering a richer, rounder style. It's a great example of how tradition and labeling can shape expectations more than the grape itself.

At Rove: Our 100% Pinot Blanc is one of our favorite varietals to talk about every vintage. The beautiful juxtaposition of juicy fruit and tropical notes balanced by the perfect crisp acidity. Perfect for cool climate growing and drinking on warm summer days.
